چکیده
Aims and Objectives-The aim of the present study was to evaluate regenerative potential synthetic nanocrystalline calcium sulphate bone graft (NANOGENTM) in treatment intrabony defect both clinically radiographically. Materials Methods- Study conducted 10 patients with sites probing pocket depth >5mm radiographs at base line were selected. All defects treated NanogenTM follow up done for 3 months 6 respectively. Clinical parameters included are plaque index, (PD), clinical attachment level (CAL), Sulcus bleeding index (SBI). Radiographic include fill. Results-In study, mean loss, sulcus baseline 9.11±1.054, 1.5278±1.9543, 8.44±1.130, 3.7222±.77504 respectively, reduced 5.7±1.093,.6389±.37731,3.67±.500,1.2222±.75462 respectively end months.5.00±.707, .4167±.39528, 2.78±.667, .4167±.46771 months. The fill 9.11 ± 1.054 mm which 5.78 1.093 5.00 0.707 months, showing a 3.933 0.3640 by three 4.256 0.3678 six statistically significant (P=0.002). Conclusion- Present evidenced that reduction depths, gain Improvement radiographic NanogenTM.

متن کاملA comparative evaluation of cone-beam computed tomography and multi-slice computed tomography in the diagnosis of sheep mandibular bone defect: an in vitro study
Introduction: Diagnosis of lesions and bone defects is very important and there is a lack of substantial studies on the most appropriate method for bone defect measurement. Hence, the aim of this study is to evaluate the accuracy of multi-slice computed tomography (MSCT) and cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) in the diagnosis of mandibular bone defects present in sheep. Material & Methods: T...

Background and Aim: Cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) produces high-quality data in periodontal diagnosis and treatment planning. The aim of this study was to compare the accuracy of CBCT with intraoral digital and conventional radiography in the measurement of periodontal bone defects. Methods and Materials: In this diagnostic research, two hundred and eighteen artificial osseous d...

OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study was to estimate the volumetric change of augmented autobone harvested from mandibular body cortical bone, using cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) and three-dimensional reconstruction. In addition, the clinical success of dental implants placed 4 to 6 months after bone grafting was also evaluated. MATERIALS AND METHODS Ninety-five patients (48 men and 47...
متن کاملClinical application of cone beam computed tomography for ideal absorbable membrane placement in interproximal bone defects.
When a guided tissue regeneration (GTR) membrane is placed in an interproximal area, adjustment of the membrane is difficult because of the complex anatomy of the root surface and presence of bone defects, thus prolonging the surgery. This report describes the clinical application of cone beam computed tomography (CT) images to aid insertion of a barrier membrane in the treatment of interproxim...
